Bandar Kinrara

Bandar Kinrara township is one of the famoust freehold mixed residential development townships in Puchong, Selangor, Malaysia.

All the neighborhood of Bandar Kinrara is located next to 3000 acres of forest, known as Air Hitam Forest Reserve that belongs to the Selangor Forestry Department and managed by Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM).

Landmark of Bandar Kinrara was Kinrara Golf Club, Giant Hypermarket Bandar Kinrara.

The older section of the neighborhood was developed since 1991 by I&P Group and is now approximately 80% developed.

Recently, few developers including Mahsing Group, also develops various high quality and successful property development projects at Bandar Kinrara, known as Kinrara Residence.

There are nine housing estates in Bandar Kinrara, namely BK1, BK2, BK3, BK4, BK5, BK6, BK7, BK8 and BK9.

BK1 or Bandar Kinrara 1 is a Freehold low-cost single storey terrace houses with land area of 20′ x 55′ and 22′ x 75′, with built up size 1,870sq.ft onwards developed by I&P Group on year 1994.
